1 · ADD YOUR CUSTOMER
Start with the right email.
Use the email your customer will use to sign in. Saving a draft does not send an email.
2 · REVIEW & INVITE
Check the details, then invite.
Sending an invitation approves access to the MDH catalog prices. You cannot change prices or approve resale exemptions here. The office reviews tax, availability and delivery before fulfillment.
3 · HELP THEM GET STARTED
Tell your customer what to expect.
“Look for your MDH invitation email. Accept it, then sign in with the same email address. You can see your prices, build an order and follow your order history. You won’t need ChatGPT.”
Ask them to check junk or spam if needed. If an invitation was already sent or a send needs review, ask Joseph to check it before resending.
