Customer accounts
Customers need an invitation to the MDH login application. MDH approves pricing and ordering separately. Local pickup is free. MDH delivery is $15 in Miami-Dade, $25 in Broward and $45 in Palm Beach; other areas and carrier shipping are quoted after review. In-house routes usually run weekly and are not guaranteed. Approve resale status only after reviewing a current certificate. Taxable delivery needs destination-based tax review; the confirmed Doral pickup rate is 7% (2026).
Load agreed customer prices
Incoming orders
Review specifications, stock, resale status and pending charges before approving an order for processing. Invoice and arrange payment through the normal MDH office process. Status changes appear in customer history; carrier labels, tracking messages and invoice emails are handled separately.
Confirmation email status
“Accepted” means the email provider accepted the message; it does not prove inbox delivery. Failed sends can be retried. Messages needing review must be checked with the email provider before resending.
