You can browse without signing in. Account prices and order history are private to MDH-approved customer accounts. MDH serves designers, workrooms and installers.

To request access, contact the MDH office with your business name and the email you want to use.

Use the email address invited or approved by MDH. Follow your invitation, then use the secure sign-in instructions. MDH reviews account access and ordering availability separately.

If you cannot find your invitation or your account is awaiting setup, contact the office. Please do not share sign-in codes.

Adding parts, saving a list or downloading specifications does not place an order or send anything to MDH. Your draft list is saved in this browser. Tabs in the same browser share it; another browser or device will not automatically have your draft.

Sign in to review account prices, choose pickup, delivery or shipping, and check the final review. An order is submitted only when ordering is available and you choose Place order. No payment is collected in the portal; MDH handles invoicing separately.

Check the selling unit on each item. A quantity of 2 rolls means two complete rolls; a quantity of 2 packs means two complete packs. Pack contents are shown where confirmed. Individual hardware is ordered by piece unless the item states otherwise.

Enter requested lengths in inches. Length fields accept 1/16-inch increments as decimals, such as 72.5 for 72½ inches. Review the selected finish and item code before adding the part.

A cut length uses your requested dimension. A full piece uses the confirmed stock length and is supplied unassembled. The prices may differ. Sign in and check the options for the specific item; pending full-piece details remain unavailable until MDH confirms them.

A rail or pole ordered as an individual part does not automatically include brackets, finials, carriers or other components. Select the parts your installation requires or ask MDH to help with the specification.

• Local pickup: free at 2289 NW 82nd Ave, Doral, FL 33122. Call to confirm your order is ready.
• MDH delivery: Miami-Dade $15, Broward $25 and Palm Beach $45. Other areas require a quote. Routes usually run weekly; availability and timing must be confirmed.
• Carrier shipping: quoted after MDH reviews package sizes and weights. Long items may require freight.
• Sales tax: applicable tax is confirmed for the order. Resale exemption requires a current certificate approved by MDH.

Pending shipping or tax is not included in the displayed amount before pending charges. MDH confirms those amounts for approval before dispatch.

Portal orders appear in your signed-in account. Earlier QuickBooks orders have not been imported. Use Copy parts to my list on an available portal order to prepare a new draft, then review its quantities, current account prices and delivery details. Copying does not submit a new order.

MDH confirms pricing, availability and compatibility for the exact item and finish. If a price or specification is pending, contact the office before ordering. Screen colors and illustrated finish previews are approximate; use a physical sample for final finish approval.

The custom kit builder is a demonstration for planning specifications. Its sample account, drafts and example history are separate from your customer account. It does not send an order. For a complete kit or a custom opening, request a project quote.
